That is starting at approx 19min 30sec and running to 22 min on my clock.

Just so you know, I am able to debunk any apples to oranges claims you might make. Using YOUR OWN character, which I copied over to the test mud, I was able to last 9:45 with etherealform from a full mana pool while standing. I was still able to last 9:15 with etherealform and the other two spells you were holding when I logged you in. So if you are only lasting 2:30, then you are either not at a full mana pool to start, fighting, hungry, thirsty, holding even more spells or some combination of those.

(And by the way, the difference between your character and mine [5:05 vs 9:45] shows the value of mana trains.)

I just did this dropping all spells save the cabal spell. These are the results I have gotten standing and holding eth while starting at 100% dropping to about 97% and then just letting the timer run out. So I am not exactly sure how you are stretching my char out to nine minutes when I am only getting about 3 at best.

I removed all affects and released all spells and I am still getting approx. 2min 30 sec.

Did you copy my equipment? Is the mana drain from scripted items somehow getting added in?

I last about 2 ticks on my 20 wisdom sorc with max mana trains as well, you may have gone a little overboard on the mana drain.
And you may want to lower the casting time now as well.

Okay, apologies are in order from me to TheX. Somehow the mana cost change did not get propagated from the test game to the real game, so it was still set at the old tick draining value instead of the new pulse draining value. This has now been fixed and you can try it again. Thanks for keeping it real.

The mana drain seems reasonable now, at least to me. Could still do with slightly lowered casting time to make up for the nerf.

The message we get when our allies are getting seriously hurt, can we get that as a toggle and add our pets/charms/animates to it so we can keep an eye on our pets?

Has tame been altered? I seem to be unable to tame the same creatures on this char that I could the other a few months ago. Does the charisma work of modded or natural ?
