Is it possible to get a list of races and what their strengths and weaknesses might be?

Even I don't have a command that makes it easy to list that out. I looked through the list and examined a lot of the individual races just now but there are over 75 of them. The main takeaway is that this is a buff for centaurs (and for NPC trolls). It's also a buff for silver or wooden weapons (including fletched arrows) when used against undead.

We may be revising the race list sometime soon to make better use of the vulnerabilities. And instead of one undead race with all these vulnerabilities, there should probably be several (skeletons, wraiths, vampires, etc) and they each have only some of those.

Yaaay centaurs aren't totally screwed anymore!

I don't presume you'd be willing to provide any hard numbers or ratios for what a major/normal/minor vulnerability is, would you? Is a major vulnerability going to add twice as much damage, roughly, as a minor vulnerability for example?
If centaur vulnerability to fire hadn't been changed, would it have been viewed as a "major" or "normal" vulnerability under this code update?

The original vulnerability amount is 'normal'. Minor vulnerability is half of normal vulnerability. Although major vulnerability is not twice that of normal vulnerability, you should take a noticeable amount more damage.
