 Post subject: Wandering NPC merchants in Pet shops

Suffice it to say that while I was shopping for an item from a wandering NPC, they decided to move into a room with another merchant. Normally, not a problem, but this time the wanderer happened to wander into a pet store in a nosummon area. While I plan on bug logging this particular incident to flag the wanderer away from that particular room(forgot to do it while I was there), the friendly IMM who quickly answered my prayer (thanks!) mentioned that this was a strange quirk of the code, and I figured I'd just plant a little seed in D's mind about it. :wink: So, watch out for those wandering NPCs near pet stores!

omg i know the place you're talking about, that place is SO ANNOYING. I feel like that guy is drawn towards the pet store like a magnet, and moves away when you don't need him..

Erm, actually I think there is a general problem with more than one shopkeepers in a room at a time. IE: When you have two leprachauns in one "rrom" in the woods, you can only see what the first one of them has. If you want to check what the second one seels, you have to get rid of the 1st one somehow... Maybe it should rather work like training? Meaning that each shpokeeper should respond to the "list" command and you can buy from both of them if you like?

It's a years old problem. Shopkeepers in the same room don't like the competition or something so you can only 'list' one of them. I've prayed when I had problem before and if someones available, they're usually more than happy to move one, or rp it somehow for you.
