[Skills help] dual wield

A trademark skill of the swashbuckler, dual wield allows a warrior to
utilize a second weapon in their weaker hand. Not only does this grant the
swashbuckler the possibility of additional attacks, but this also provides 
a second chance to parry blows.  Only weapons with exceptional speed can be
used to react fast enough to make off-hand attacks.
