[Skills help] retreat

Syntax: retreat 

When it comes to tactics and logistics in combat, no one can match
the training of a mercenary.  This ability is never more on display
than when the mercenary leader of a warband calls a retreat.  This
ability allows the mercenary to guide all his party members out of 
combat and into an adjacent room of his choice while maintaining
a cohesive formation.  However, choose your leader wisely, for a
merc who is poorly trained in tactics may panic his troops.
