The brief downtime yesterday (less than 1hr) and today (less than 5mins) were needed in order to upgrade our phpBB forum software.

This has optimised both the size and performance of the forums and also fixed a few possible bugs that existed in earlier versions.

An upgrade to our version of phpBB is planned for the next few hours. Expect the forums to be down within the hour, and should be back up for testing some time after that.

The majority of the upgrade is now complete. Testing of the various style templates will continue - please report any problems via PM or email to myself (email address available in-game).
