NEW FEATURES:
- PE System:
  * Recall costs a set amount of PE based on level.
  * Skills that drained a percentage of PE now drain a set amount.
  * All attack skills (such as bash and trip) drain PE with use.
  * Attacks beyond the first attack of round drain PE per use.
  * PE does not regenerate while fighting.
- Containers and Lights:
  * Drink container short description displays current liquid.
  * Fillable lights can be examined to see how full they are.
  * You can fill one containter from another.  Help fill for syntax.
  * Lights warn you several times before exhausting fuel.
  * Lights such as lanterns can be filled with oil or kerosene.
  * Lights that are burning display as (Lit).
  * Lights can be lit while in the dark or when on the ground.
  * Lights that are on the ground will brighten the room.
  * Lights may be blow out but some types are protected from wind.
- High Followers:
  * Favor can be used to set Favored religion status.
  * Flock can be used to show all existing members of religion.
- VT Interface:
  * VT Extend now uses Auto Combine functionality.
  * VT Extend only updates once when get or drop multiple objects.
  * VT Extend maintains colors of object descriptions.
  * VT Prompt can be used to toggle to stat percentages.

UPDATES:
- Equipment will wear out much more slowly than previously.
- Alias &* does not include parameters that were already used.
- Damage from enhanced parry is now half of a normal attack.
- Spirit aura damage reduction now depends on level of spell.
- Changes to call lightning spell.  See help file.

BUG FIXES:
- Auto Combine OFF now works correctly.
- Bury and dig will update the VT Extend object list.
- Swashbucklers can only reach if using two reach weapons.
- Fixed improper target such as after rescue or tumble.
- Switched immortals will no longer crash game when idling out.
- VT Extend had a rare chance to crash the game.
- Fixed rare occurance that caused character corruption.
- Armored skin does not regenerate while fighting.
- NPCs who want to return home cannot be trapped in a room.
