Changes:
- Minotaur heads are naturally armored (toughness even if unskilled)
- Minotaurs with toughness skill have enhanced head toughness
- AI for NPCs to move away from damage from an untrackable source
- Tweaks to wall of fire damage and messages
- Tweaks to cost and lag of poltergeist ability
- Wimpy command allowed while dead
- Minor lag when using tame

Bug Fixes:
- Flying NPCs of a non-flying race can land/fly again (ex: flying carpet)
- Severed arms/legs no longer created for certain races (ex: snakes)
- Newbie healers will no longer assist lawbreakers
- Dolls created from minotaur corpses have their own bonus affect
