New:
- Elves, Sprites, and Centaurs now receive Sylvan Tongue mastered at creation

Changes:
- Casting time of Burning Hands, Shocking Grasp, and Cone of Cold lowered
- Casting time of Color Spray raised; Cone of Cold and Color Spray casting times now equal
- Accuracy penalty for being prone significantly reduced
- Magma Spray can still do full damage after "sticking"

This was a minor update. We have more updates and bug fixes on the way soon.
