That's an interesting idea. It would certainly take away the pressure of needing to answer every creation question on the nose for a lot of classes.

I was thinking only once you hit GM and again each time you hit GM status. Typically its 2 levels stat point but I think if one could level up 10 times for one stat point, it solves the issue of hitting the GM wall of boredom and allows people to continue to improve their character, but only if they are willing to put in the time.

I'm sure there are better ideas but I was thinking something like this could be easily implemented. *shrug*

This is a good idea.

Part of me agrees some sort of cap on it would be necessary, but the other part wants to see someone put in the effort to max out all stats if it is even possible with area familiarity and all!
