I was thinking it should be more difficult for someone 12 inches tall to kick dirt in the eyes of someone 12 feet tall. That's like you or me kicking dirt into a window 7 stories up. I realize there's a suspension of realism but what about a small-to-moderate variable based on height? The smaller you are, the less likely you will succeed in kicking dirt into a tall person's eyes. The variable would be based on your height compared to the target's, using the basic 'help size' guidelines. |

I voted "It sounds interesting but I don't think it would work well.". Basic race balance reasons is why I put there my vote. A small example, giants get an even greater bonus, and they are already a pretty overpowered race in SK, especially after the latest sleep/summon changes. |

I'd agree with this if sprites were allowed to dirt kick while flying do to their pixie dusts. They would have the same bonus as giants. |

I still laugh at the idea of promoting arbitary realism to a game where magic exists and where a large number of the populace are pretty much super heroic individuals capable of slaying demons. |

I didn't vote, but I thought it'd be interesting to also include fly in the calculation. Like you can fly over a mountain with a fair amount of ease, so it'd make sense that either you can't dirt kick, or it'd take a little while longer (to grab a bit of dirt and then kick it directly to their face). Seems like another complication though. |

As it is now, you cannot kick dirt while flying. I think sprites should be able too...i love the little sprites. I wish they had innate 'detect magic' like elves have innate infravision. As in, you don't have to cast it. I'd also like to see faerie/fog be insta cast without concentration on those races that have it innately (deep-elves/elves/sprites). |
