ECAST allows the user to add flavour to his spells via a personal emote. After processing the additional argument, the spell is cast as normal. Spectators will see a change in the way the spell is incanted. ecast <custom string> <spell name> ecast <custom string> <spell name> <target> For example: ecast 'as he throws dust into the air' sanctuary Produces: Knight utters 'sanctuary', as he throws dust into the air. Knight is surrounded by a white aura. Like? |

No. That's what normal emotes are for. alias Rogue Emote smiles seductively, and after removing her right glove, lays her bare hand against her opponent's cheek.; c 'energy drain' >rogue |

Hahahaha. I just pictured a paladin carrying around pixie dust in order to cast sanctuary, and then throwing it into the air in order to cast it, while speaking the spell words under his breath. I agree with Goldlantern, though. That's what normal emotes are for. |

I think its a good idea, its not like a change in the spell itself, it would just add a lot of differences in players...it would be pretty cool and could help some characters RP (Jeruvere's Angel RP?) |
