Guess it's time to change characters again

I'm not planning on rolling a new character, but I can remember what a tool you were when you do it yourself, and start playing on my side.

Wonderful changes Dulrik! (definitely not happening Ardith)

Smarten up, people. Don't turn a Gameplay issue into GD.

Does this affect pets and charmies? Can I no longer ask my pets to eat protection herbs for them to make use of? Also, does this mean scouts have to join religions to make use of their protection herbs? Or should the protection herb be changed into a word of recall herb?

Devotion + protection is probably better than SA by itself, right?

I think protection and devotion would be better

For damage reduction it would be a heck of a lot better.

Okay but what about a 1v1 between two warriors where let's say the darkie has level 46 SA and the lightie has an orchid + devotion held on him. So the lightie is taking serious damage from the SA.

There's no way that level 46 SA deals anywhere near half of your opponent's HP in damage.

Well GM SA will deal over 40% damage to your opponent by the time he kills you. I am sure level 46 is fairly high as well. This is the only log I remember off the top of my head where GM SA is the only thing doing damage to someone.

This guy only has a shaman's HP pool, so a merc/barb is going to have more time before dying, meaning his SA will do more damage to the opponent. He is also getting stabbed in the face by a champion level swashbuckler NPC. I suppose it depends on how much a difference there is between level 46 and level 50 SA.
