Very cool additions. Though, tribunal NPCs should be changed to the appropriate religions for lighten load as that's one of the biggest boons for them. As for barbs before swashies everyone should be patient. D is the one who initiated the thread on how to improve them and by reading that thread it's easy to see there are no clear solutions yet. So in other words, relax.

Look at when that thread was created, and then tell us we've not been patient.

Man, this change makes my having a swashbuckler in a tribunal seem like a real bummer.

Does this mean a Minotaur that is using his fists can parry/disarm with their horns?

Serious reply, since you can parry/disarm with natural weapons, can they please be added to the specialize list? Would make griffon/mercs interesting to play

It's not possible to roll a griffon merc.

Now NPC tribunal priests can no longer lighten load tribunal members unless they worship a heavy armor diety. Was this intentional? Does this mean only certain tribunals can now lighten load as well or was this taken from all? (update Zhenshi priests can still lighten load)

This greatly benefits lighty tribunals since the vast majority of their priests worship Alshain or Dulrik.

Tribunal law NPCs can still cast it if they are of the appropriate religion. However, you should not count on that forever. I am on record as moving the game away from NPCs holding spells for you.

For those who hadn't checked the help files in game.

Quote:
Aura of Negation
The barbarian can project his magic resistance in an aura that surrounds him.
When the aura comes into contact with an opponent's magical affects, it has a
chance to negate them, be they beneficial or harmful. The more resistant to
magic a barbarian is, the stronger his aura of negation.

When the aura is formed, any affects upon the barbarian may also be negated.
If an affect is negated, the absorbed magic is converted into healing energy.
After the aura of negation is triggered, it usually dissipates and must be
manifested anew by the barbarian. If a barbarian finds himself in battle with
multiple foes, he cannot control whose affects his aura negates.

So the aura of negation has a chance of hitting all in the room with a dispel effect? Including allies?

Also does the barb's worn MR get included in the strength of his negation aura?

Neither is clear to me from the help file. This has the potential to be extremely overpowered depending on where you've set the power of the dispel.

Man jhorleb, I ran into this heavy armor priest the other day, and he laughed at me and was like, "yeah, right. You can't hurt a heavy armor priest." I fled in terror from the might of this heavy armor priest, and immediately logged out. I then crawled into the corner and cried to myself for hours in mental anguish.

Now they're just way too overpowering now that they get lighten load. I bet you feel like a sucker for playing a light armor priest.
