The character Kairuff, and a few multiplayed alts are forfeit for multiplaying and using bots. The IP used for these characters has also been banned until the player reaches out to me to discuss the issue. |

The character Reykur was forfeit due to tribunal misuse in PK, and attempting to re-enter the game while parked. Another character received a lesser penalty for attempting to allow Reykur to re-enter the game, but without knowing the scope of the issue. While I normally don't go into detail on specific incidents, I feel like it's justified to prevent anyone else from accidental misuse. At no time should a solitary tribunal character have multiple tribunal NPCs functioning in its group. If you find yourself with multiple tribunal NPCs in your group due to actively teaming up with another tribunal member, there is no issue. However, if the other tribunal member logs off and you happen to have two in the group, or any other circumstance that ends up with a single tribunal member and multiple tribunal NPCs? Extra tribunal NPCs need to be immediately ejected. Additionally, please follow any staff instructions given to you as soon as possible to eliminate any possible misunderstandings when it comes to intent surrounding things like exploits or possible bugs, and at no time should anyone attempt to help another player circumvent any staff action. The player of Chandi received a temporary ban for player abuse. Three characters in total received curses for poor RP stemming from the larger incident. Players should always keep in mind there are other players behind the characters they are interacting with, and at no point should anyone ever verbally abuse each other via OOC communications in the game. Additionally, if a situation arises that you believe rises to a rules violation, like someone abusing you OOCly, please do not continue to engage with the situation. Immediately disengage from it to the best of your ability and report it to a friendly neighborhood staffer. There are a lot of options available like quiet mode, leaving the room, and if absolutely necessary, just log out. |

The character Aantinov was forfeit due to botting. As a reminder, regardless of the reason for botting it is against the rules and will result in the loss of character and further actions if required. This means even things that are relatively low impact, like spell spamming low use spells for vanity reasons, are still actionable if botting is involved. |

The characters Delkin and Gygax were forfeit due to multiplaying/equipment transfer. Despite the low player count, these actions are still not permitted and will still result in escalating punishment. You can ask for assistance from players not currently online via the group system. Additionally, asking people to play more OOCly isn't a rules violation in of itself so before you decide to give yourself a helping hand, please consider other available resources. |

Actions were taken to enforce the existing bans of problem players found to be evading their bans, forcing the removal of characters such as Cassian. No person or persons currently banned should actively try to avoid measures made to prevent them from accessing the game. Appeals for the non-permanently banned can be made to me(Algorab@Shatteredkingdoms.org). Any other comments or concerns should be directed to Dulrik@shatteredkingdoms.org. |

The character Xeric was forfeit due to bug abuse. If you encounter a bug, please bug log it, send an e-mail to Dulrik@shatteredkingdoms.org, and/or send me a PM. Most importantly, do not abuse reported bugs, or take related actions until a confirmation is received that it isn't a bug, and is intended behavior. |

The character Kork was forfeit due to apparent violation of automation rules. Another player received a warning for their first known violation of automation rules. Please do not automate your character in any way, anything issuing commands should be at the direction of the player only. Entering multiple commands should be handled by in-game alias, and not out-of-game client automation. |

The character Tintang was forfeit due to bug abuse. Please, if you come across any bug report it, and if it's a bug that gives an advantage obviously do not abuse it before reporting. |

The character Verosis was forfeit due to violation of Rule 2 (PK without RP), a refusal to acknowledge or apologize for the behavior, or re-familiarize themselves with the rules. Please, if you're ever in a position where you may have violated the rules unknowingly take the opportunities provided to rectify the situation. |
