I'd like to see what the staff would think about allowing an official favorite quotes thread back again. I think that right now it fits pretty well within the guidelines of what the gameplay forum should contain, but I don't want to start one just to get it shut down. As long as the quotes are not making fun of players and the conversation doesn't get sidetracked, I think it would be an excellent addition to the forums. I know that it was my favorite thread to read whenever I frequented the forums before. |

Where do we put it (it doesn't really fit in Gameplay, does it?)? How much moderation is it going to require? Other considerations. Anyway, we 'll get back to you when we've made a decision. Not to beat a dead horse, but has there been any progress on this discussion, or was the ultimate decision "no" with regard to favorite quotes? To paraphrase a friend who I brought to SK, "the forums are dead" and I think they could use a little bit more liveliness. Favorite quotes was always something I enjoyed seeing new posts in. |
