That's an understatement. Sure someone that plays has some skill in web design and would volunteer their work! heh

Don't even really need a lot of skill these days, there are tons of open source CMS portals out there that are easy to install and simple to customize! I've installed and used a few myself, Joomla and WordPress specifically. A nice benefit to using an established CMS would be the chance for user submitted themes!
