Could we sticky the formal description of the Rules Manager? While there is at least one post on the front page of the Pantheon referencing the rules manager, and there are also some references of the rules manager role on the ToS and general rules of the site, a new player that wasn't being coached OOCly by a current player would have no way of easily finding out who the rules manager is, let alone what his job is.
The best reference I can find is currently six pages deep in the gameplay thread here.
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=25051I think it'd be best if the main description of the rules manager in that first post was stickied in the Pantheon or announcements so that it's more visible. In my opinion it's too important of a facet of the game to have the only real description of the position buried so deep in the forums.
