Yeah, but the issue is that a person can be a cheater in that while blinded/dirted/sleeping can get their skills of written languages up.

If the person was inclined to cheat and spam learn in the first place, I don't think they're really going to give a flying monkey flip about whether they are sleeping or dirted, fully awake or otherwise.
