well it must be here, because i keep ending a battle with a human, troll, whatever and finding up to five arms..... why is this?

the first time it happened with three arms i thought there must have been two NPCs and i was mistaken, but then i fought a single NPC (more than one of this NPC and i would have been toast) and lopped of 5 arms no less....
