Pretty straightforward - intended or no?

There's a number of skills that decrease with fury: butcher, tracking, all the language abilities...
I guess I assume it was intended, although since the help files lump alertness in with blind fighting and counterstrike, it would make sense for it not to get snubbed, among other reasons.

I hadn't thought about it, but it's working as intended. It's a mental skill, not a physical one. Mental skills get the berserk penalty while physical skills get the armor penalty (if applicable to that class).
