Well here's a brass quiver, which i suppose is not flexible.

Code:
You put an etched brass quiver in a cloak of woven wind and fire.

Now I take it back out, and fill it with a bunch of stuff.

Code:
[HP:100%] [ME: 86%] [PE:100%] -
put all qui
You put a pair of iron infantry boots in an etched brass quiver.
You put some chainmail sleeves in an etched brass quiver.
You put a chainmail vest in an etched brass quiver.
You put some chainmail leggings in an etched brass quiver.
You put a chainmail belt in an etched brass quiver.
You put a chainmail coif in an etched brass quiver.
You put a pair of chainmail gloves in an etched brass quiver.
You put a band with a peridot inlay in an etched brass quiver.

[HP:100%] [ME: 86%] [PE:100%] -
put qui wind
It won't fit.

It doesn't fit inside my cloak anymore... I thought brass is not flexible, how could the quiver now be larger so that it does not fit? :-?

Containers work off weight if I recall.

Yes, a container's capacity is determined by the weight it can carry. You loaded up the quiver with more weight than the other container can hold, and therefore it won't fit. This isn't a bug, though it might be a sign that a) you have too much stuff, and b) you have too many containers.
