I bug logged this a while back but it still seems broken. Items that have room echos no longer echo in the adjoining rooms before a person walks in - they echo in the room the person is in which each step they take. This is very annoying for the wearer, people in the wearer's group, and, in my opinion, detracts from the RP of whatever item the builder created. I used to love when you could hear someone's echo before they walked into a room and know who they are or what they were wearing based on the echo alone. Now I just hate traveling in groups with people who wear those items.

Newb, room echoes being spammed is very good. You need a 5 level curse for disagreeing with this.

It's not broken, it was a change because the way they worked before didn't make sense. This way you can hear the noise the item makes (because why wouldn't you?) and know if you are wearing an item that is making noise. All object noises can be turned off with nospam.

Which nospam option is it?

Eh. Any chance of getting their own nospam options? Those two nospam options have some pretty heavy drawbacks for being on.

No, although I might be able to include people in your group as part of move self.
