Not sure what happen here, but had a few quest finished and a good bit started. I log on today to find all that is missing. Is this a bug or did something else happen?

No one has completed any quests right now, though I do still have credit for completing the quests before, though they just don't show up.

Yeah that's odd. Lost all my dragon-hunting quests. Luckily I didn't start them yet

Jacked quest database indeed. That was a good clue.

Nobody lost their quest flags. The database that holds the info about quests apparently failed to load at reboot. I've refreshed the data and all should be good now.
