- Haste and weapon enchant speed not allowed to stack

Today I had a sai with innate moderate speed. It got me five attacks, no specs or anything weird playing in.

Then, I put +3 enchanted speed on it, got GM haste, the sai still got 5 attacks.

Then a double speed enchant landed. So I had sai with innate moderate speed and +5 enhancement speed. With haste also, it got 6 attacks.

Then I lost haste, and only got 5 attacks.

To sum up, I was able to add weapon speed enchantments to a weapon and get more attacks with haste. That shouldn't be possible. It also might be worth pointing out that the "weapon speed" affect always showed up my affects list. I'm not sure if this is a wonky behavior between innate enchants and enhancement enchants along with haste or what, but it's definitely still lying around in the code.

To amend this bug report, it seems that the speed from haste and the speed enchantments themselves were not stacking, but rather, that haste is mandatory in order to reach six attacks, even if the weapon speed bonus from haste itself is already matched or surpassed by your weapon's speed enchantments. Not sure if that's a bug or by design, but at any rate it's good to know.
