forumid RESET
ForumID unavailable. Try again later.

I lost access to hero forums during the crash/reboot. And forumid reset doesn't seem to work.

None.

Add that to the list. I went from over 100 quests completed down to zip. :(

Due to the hard drive failure, we've migrated the web service to an entirely new server with a new IP address. Part of the outage time you may have experienced was due to the need for the new domain name mapping to be propagated across the internet. All of this is just setup to understand the next part.

The game has several integrated services with the web server, including quest details and forum account linking. While the web was down and even afterward, these services were not working because they were trying to contact a dead server. As of only a few minutes ago, I've completed additional repairs and rebooted the game to get these working again.

Your quest details should be showing up again now. Also, if your forum permissions are out of sync, you can now use the procedure in 'help forumid-reset' to fix them.

My quest log is back, but I still can't seem to get into the sub groups for the forums even after using the forumid commands.
