Isn't Zmud suppose to save your triggers and alias you make after you click the save button? For some reason when I close my zmud program and open it back up all the alias & triggers I put into zmud are always gone. So each time I log on I must type in all the stupid alias & triggers.

Speaking of Zmud, will you be a dear and remind me the syntax of the echo command?

I bought and paid for zMud, and it's working perfectly on my windows7 x-64 machine. Thanks. Then again, I turned the "User Account Controls" off. Try running it as administrator?

The only OS where I had that trouble, was with Linux. Zmud runs under WINE, but not entirely happily, once you solve the disappearing fonts issue, it has trouble saving settings. Never did find a fix.

Try deleting the connection you made, and re-making it all from scratch?

If you are running Windows 7, right click your zMUD icon, go to the compatibility tab, and make sure the box at the very bottom that says "Run this program as an administrator" is checked.

I've had the same problem before and this was the solution.

thanks for the tips, seems that made it work!

Is it possible to have alias & triggers for different characters for the same mud?

You have 2 ways, a large pile of universal aliases, I mean how many cause light aliases do you need? Add in a few unique ones, with slightly different names (which could cause troubles).
Your second, is to make a second connection, import everything from the first one, and modify to your alt. Remember to name them clearly, or you will have exactly the same trouble.
