 Post subject: Zmud Color Settings

At one time years ago there was a post about making color settings easy for Zmud which had screen shots showing exactly what to put to make them standard. I however can not find that anymore. What should I put for the following preferences:
1) Color Schemes
2) Foreground Mapping
3) Background Mapping
4) Color Syntax (The number value for each color in the three sections)
