Post subject:  DM of Pyrathia!
I arise from the crypts of years gone by. I'm sure few remember me, and fewer still care, but in the interim, I admit to stray thoughts leading to Pyrathia.

After a too-long search, I've found a compatible D&D group! I confess an itch to DMing in particular. Something I've never actually attempted.

Now, I like implementing my own ideas, but I don't have a whole world to build off of yet. So, I blatantly stole many elements of Pyrathia. Altered with some ideas of my own, such as Yed being represented by four aspects which have 'subdomains'.

I now control Pyrathia, and it shall bow to my whims! Wish my group luck! Half are already wanted fugitives from the Empire of the Bright Star. Woe betide the poor souls when they meet a Hellion loyal to the Empire.

It seems to be a success so far, with players surprised at how well fleshed-out my 'homebrew' is. Throwing in a Griffon especially was fun. I think one player wants to play as one, and I might have to just figure that out with 5e.

I've forgotten names here and there, but it's drawn me back into playing this rich world. There's far more that I have to learn, and I am eager to get exploring again. I'm freshly graduated from this academy I've never seen before. I've had the assistance of a friendly sprite, and while I do remember much, I've forgotten more. Teach me, please!

Who might your most notable characters have been?
Hit GM and we'll go out adventuring to give you some ideas of where to take your players next!
I wanted to DM a 5e game based in Pyrathia, but my friends failed to roll characters. Scheduling conflicts and what not.
Glad to see someone finally doing it! :drunk:
