However, do not forget to be creative. I remember seeing a log of Chem's fist scout (BACK in the day when he actually played lol) using the skirmish skill very, very well. He didn't even walk into the same room as his target, but used skirmish, camouflage and ambush so well that he managed to get the kill quite easily anf probably fairly quickly. Scouts can provide a great deal of benefits to any solo and any group venture. Do not forget you are also a tracker, a pathfinder, a reconisence tool and so on so forth.

Yeah, nothing like patrolling portal stones for a quick gank while suffering the net for music when waiting for my target to recall.

Meh, if someone wants to take the time to put armor, bless, protection, sanctuary, prayer, haste and giant strength on their pet, I don't know how that's exploiting anything. Scout pets have never really been incredible at soaking good damage in a PVP setting without a great deal of preparation. Just because they're finally viable doesn't make it a bug or exploiting anything.

Dayamin, shut up, you apparently have no idea what you're talking about.

Protection/Sanc/Prayer/Gs/Bless. Have absolutely nothing to do with the BUG that is pets being 'missed' for 99% of attacks.

It's. Armor. Mood Defensive. And. Magical Vestments. Holy [REDACTED] it took a lot of prep to get that.

Also pretty much every single high level tame comes with perma-haste. Wow.

And...a great deal of prep to soak damage. OMG you have Sanc, Armor, Protection herbs. What is wrong with you?

Ok, one, this is not the forum for this, so you need to stop there. Two, if you're basing the entirety of your information on forum posts and cannot back it up with viable empirical evidence, then you have no rhetorical ground to tell me that I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Now, I will be running a series of tests, since this is horribly polluting the forums. I will present my findings to immortals and the open forum, as this debate has been brought up and it's getting tiresome. Now, I currently play a scout and there is not a single indicator that they are overpowered. In any debate, empirical, tangible evidence is necessary to generate a proper conclusion to the argument.

<----Just played a GM scout.

<----Just recently saw Baba cast armor and MV on a store-bought lion who then proceeded to avoid 99% of all attacks.

Test logs? Empirical evidence? Claims are no good without evidence.

Uh, you need to see more than what's in the bug forum and on the log site already?

You either have mental issues, or you currently play a scout and want to abuse this.

Funny, but I did post something in the bug discussion forum to indicate that these claims are incorrect.

Edit: And you need to keep your flaming in general discussion where it belongs. You're giving less and less credence to your claims by taking an overtly emotional approach to this and slinging insults.
