GMud (my preference) allows you to log by selecting a choice from the menu at top. To my knowledge auto-logging is not possible, but as long as you have a good memory its not a problem.

I am using SimpleMU as of now, until I cough up the cash for Zmud. I just looked at the program and it says I can log the session but I have yet to try it out. Looks like a good reason to to log on SK. :D

Wintin.net has an autologging feature. It logs everything, and if you forget to take it apart later, it can take quite a while to open. My current file is 30mb (that's one txt file). And, although the option doesn't say it's auto logging, it is.

Omnn was cursed for his actions. The RP behind it was the he was challenged by another character to prove that he could kill in cold blood. Whether that is a good RP reason or not, I won't comment.

I like Zmud's plain and simple logging and the fact that you can with a script make it autolog. I don't but I know you can.

I have every single letter ever seen on Ghent logged to the tune of 421 meg and climbing spread out over 8 texts files, soon to break into a ninth.
