Age 1 from my understanding is -1 STR, DEX, CON max

Age 2 = -1 STR, DEX, CON max, +1 INT, WIS max

Age 3 = -1 STR, DEX, CON max, +1 INT, WIS max

Now I really see why warriors delete so quickly....

Does HP go down with age too? I think CON is somehow related to HP, so I'm guessing if HP does down its due to the CON drop, but does HP itself go down?

No, you do not lose your HP trains, however with the loss of a constitution point, you are still losing HP.
