There is a reason why Heavy armor makes using a bow and crossbow sucky. A giant already did this and abused it.

Giant merc specialized in siege weaponry owns face. Just use an energy set or a mithril/MV set and you don't have to deal with the armor penalty.

larger races aren't any better at using ranged weaponry. Those weapons rape the same in the hands of any rapist using them.

MV does not affect mithril...

and MV set is Dragonscale or things of the like. A mithril/MV set is like saying mithril -or- MV set.

I know MV does not affect mithril.
